We believe that a mother’s physical and psychological health during pregnancy influences the growth of her fetus. Our prenatal courses ensure that you understand what your body is going through during these amazing months.

We provide a step-by-step follow-up on your diet, exercise and mind relaxation that will come handy during your labor and delivery. We even take it one step further; our classes will show you and your partner how to take care of each other, making sure that you stay positive and happy before and after delivery.

We help answer all your questions from what happens in the delivery room to how to breastfeed and shower your baby. Our decades of experience in this field helped us learn from the experience of our ancestors while keeping an eye on the latest studies in the prenatal and postnatal fields. These classes are also important in preventing SIDS (Sudden Death Syndrome) that affects up to 2 per 1000 of babies around the world.

The classes

4 to 8 Sessions during pregnancy depending on the date of your registration. Every session is divided into information, exercises and relaxation:

Class 1 : Hygiene, body changes during pregnancy, sports and healthy way of life and diet
Class 2 : Pelvis and baby, labor and contractions
Class 3 : Breathing techniques
Class 4 : Hospital visit
Class 5 : Daddy’s session
Class 6 : Breastfeeding and baby shower
Class 7 : After delivery
Class 8 : Review and pushing techniques

Our professionals can also be with you in the delivery room.
